Runs on any webserver: Linux, UNIX, Windows, etc.
Requires ability to run CGI scripts.
Optionally, dynamic updating of a page requires the ability to process server side includes (SSI),
but if they are not available the results can be displayed on demand through a regular call to the CGI script.
Runs in any browser: Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc.

A standard installed version is adequate.
