Before development starts
Once you get to ‘yes’ and you have a go ahead from your client, you don’t start developing. There is more work to do.
It is important that you should have a complete understanding of your client’s business requirements, agree with them on the design criteria, agree who does what, and agree a timetable. When you have mapped out these processes you can fully-specify the technical solution. Then, and only then, you can obtain your client’s agreement for you to begin development. This ground work is critical to a smooth project and a satisfied client.
Our business analysts have done this countless times. As a result, we can provide you with industry-specific questionnaires to help you determine all the preliminaries. Moreover, we may well have already mapped out the processes and technical solutions for a client just like yours. In other words, we can help you short-cut these tasks and speed up the overall cycle.
